- Was für uns zähltAbgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Techniker:in / KFZ-Mechaniker:in, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Nutzfahrzeuge oder Landmaschinentechnik.
- Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Nutzfahrzeugen oder Baumaschinen (Praxis im Umgang mit LKWs, Radladern, Baggern etc. ist von Vorteil)
- Technisches Verständnis & Diagnostik-Kompetenz: sicherer Umgang mit Diagnosesystemen, Fehleranalyse und moderner Werkstattausrüstung.
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortung bei Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten im betriebseigenen Fuhrpark.
- Führerschein der Klasse B (idealerweise auch C)
